Stepping Around the Old Downtown

Akira padded around. Her legs were kicked high in ther air as well as her head was held high in the air. She was looking for another dog to socialize with, she wanted a friend. Or perhaps a really good friend, someone she could always count on. She sighed lightly, and continued her easy pace. A few weeks ago she got away from her old owners, and now she had to deal with the street dog ways.

She continued to gaze around, taking notes on where she was going and making a visual map in her head.

Her medium length fur rustled lightly as she continued to step, each one with confidance. Her tail flicked lightly behind her as she thought of the home she left behind, and her master she'd no longer see. On a way, she was happy to be let off that leash. And in another way, she wanted to go back, to smell the sweet smell of family. Maybe she'd feel all warm in a whole dog family of her very own.. Maybe..

Fur covered paws hit the ground one by one. Head held high, showing she was an alpha. Her steps were slowed by the scent of another dog. She lowered her crania towards the ground, and followed the scent of this new dog. Her long bushy tassel wagged gently behind her, as she noticed the ivory vixen. She moved closer, then gave a small grunt, to see if the vixen would turn around.

Akira turned around suddenly, alittle startled and shaken from her thoughts. She shook her head as she gazed to this new female. It was obvious by the smell that she was alpha female, so she showed some repect. Her head was tipped in a respectful bow as she parted her jaws to speak. "Ello there, M'Lady. Are you Alpha 'round here?" She asked, not planning on being surprised with her answer. She soon spoke again, "By the way.. I am Akira.. And you?"
