This may only happen with my permission and you most have a high rank. If you don't then this will make you loose the privileged of having a pack, and having a high rank.
Well once you begin on the pack, You will need to make your clan name, and then maybe some extra places, to the site. Once you do this, you shall be advertised on the top with, for the other members to join, and you shall be the alpha. But this can only happen if we have at least 15 members.
