I think this site could have a Graphics Team... just a idea, don't bite my head off O.o
People could request pictures in a special board, and the owner of the site (or the Head in Gaphics, if you chose to have one) could open up applications for Picture Makers every once in awhile.
-small voice- If they open up, can me be one?
